Day 2 Paris to Johannesbourg
After an overnight flight from Salt lake City to Paris and a 12 hour layover in Paris, I have another overnight flight to Johannnesbourg, South Africa where I will make yet another connection to Beira, Mozambique. Tonight we will be flying on the Air France Airbus 380. It is a double deck aircraft, capable of holding 538 passengers. It has a video camera mounted in the tail, so you can see what the pilot sees. It was a very enjoyable flight with an empty seat next to me and free wine. Just like flying in the old days.
